Bending Branch Winery has expanded its winemaking processes to bring new custom crush services to Texas and the Hill Country. Custom crush is “new” and growing in Texas. It provides small wineries who cannot afford the equipment or storage to contract with those who do have the equipment to help produce their wine. The winery provides all facets of custom crush services to the wine industry, including our traditional Old World-crafted wine styles, as well as our new and innovative extraction technique of bio/thermo cooler process also known as flash.
