Trailer parks are prevalent in almost every town in Texas but as far as we know this is the first ever “Trailer Food Park”. The Round Rock City Council has just unanimously approved a section of city park in downtown Round Rock for this experimental concept. It currently involves over 10 mobile food vendors with more showing interest in joining the effort. See the full report from KVUE TV below.
